What's the status of my order?

Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday will be posted within 24 hours.

If your order was placed over the weekend or on a local holiday it will be posted the next business day.  

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been sent

How long until I receive my order?

Orders sent within Australia are typically shipped via Australia Post or Sendle for larger packages. 

Australia Post standard service delivery times are typically up to 4 business days within same state (ie. NSW) and 3-6 business days for interstate (outside NSW).

International shipments are delivered with Sendle, with tracking details provided. Delivery times will vary according to your location. Please keep in mind that COVID-19 has resulted in extended delivery times so your patience is appreciated.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that we do not yet have on-hand. These orders will be sent as soon as the inventory becomes available.

When checking out, all items will be charged at the same time. This means if you order an item on pre-order and one item that is available now, both items will be held for shipment until the pre-order item is available.


Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
